A Back Bay Penthouse with Flair is Featured on Elle Decor
It’s a happy day when Elle Decor features one of our downtown Boston projects. We recently designed a Back Bay penthouse that blended Victorian architectural details with contemporary elements for a look that’s truly unique and timeless.
We are always excited to meet a new client, especially when they hail from Paris with an abundant collection of fine art and antiques in tow. To achieve the right balance between traditional and modern, bold elements such as rich jewel tones and lux fabrics were mixed with timeless pieces that respected the historical architecture of the building.
It definitely wasn’t an easy installation to the penthouse floor, but our clients were able to adhere to their busy schedules while we closely supervised the moving crane required. They got settled shortly after installation day and enjoyed the birth of their first baby in their newly designed home. We were all able to breathe a sigh of relief that deadlines were met and the cozy nursery was complete.
