As another incredible year winds down, it’s hard not to reflect on it all with tremendous gratitude — for our clients, partners, and my incredibly talented team.

This past year has been filled with so many exciting collaborations that have allowed us to continue to explore and work with clients in more innovative ways, pushing the needle to create modern, multigenerational destination home design. Each project undertaken has been a testament to the trust our clients place in us, and the dedication of our partners and team members has been nothing short of inspiring.

I am humbled and deeply thankful for the opportunities, industry support, and dedication that have played an invaluable role in the success of Reider + Co. And it’s within our success, as a female-owned and managed design studio, that we continue to look for ways to help future generations of women on their path to leadership. This involves actively seeking avenues to contribute to the impactful initiatives of the Women’s Foundation of Boston (WFBoston). A nonprofit organization, WFBoston, creates, supports, and collaborates with many exceptional programs that empower women and girls in Greater Boston to become successful leaders. As a mother of two girls, championing the goals and aspirations of women and girls resonates deeply with me. Throughout the coming year, we’ll share ways to get more involved in WFBoston’s meaningful work and do our part to create opportunities for success for future female leaders.

The team and I are always looking for ways to give back to our community to make a positive impact and foster a shared sense of responsibility. And, to us, paying it forward to the next generation through the vital work for WFBoston honors this commitment. We hope you’ll join us!
