It was clear from the first meeting in Boston’s South End that this space would require a design as cool as its inhabitants and location. Making the most of the open floor plan, we devised a gray-toned color scheme for a cohesive downtown vibe throughout.
Varied materials and unique forms created visual interest, from a modern tufted ottoman in the living space to a floating light fixture above the dining table. Paired with the existing sleek fireplace and floor-to-ceiling built-in cabinetry, additional layers of textiles and textures bring warmth to this edgy backdrop.
