Situated just across the street from the beach, Shore Haven is a historic coastal retreat reimagined for modern family living. Originally built in 1858 on the site of the former Falmouth Glass Factory, the property has long been a part of the Cape’s storied shoreline. Our team was brought on to thoughtfully renovate and furnish the 21-room inn, restoring its charm while elevating the guest experience with timeless, coastal sophistication.
The goal of our design approach for this hotel project is to complement the relaxed seaside setting and encourage gathering throughout the day. Our scope includes the full renovation and furnishing of guest rooms, bathrooms, and the lobby, along with the addition of a new breakfast room and lounge off the main level. Suites will feature cozy living areas, kitchenettes, and bunk rooms designed for comfort and connection. A soft, layered palette with warm coastal textures brings a sense of place, ease, and authenticity to every space. Outdoor spaces include a pool deck, patios, and a front lawn.
Shore Haven remains a family-oriented destination, with a refreshed spirit ready for the next generation of Cape travelers.
